By enrolling in any course, workshop, or program facilitated by Sacred Flame Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

1. Refund Policy

• Partial refunds (50%) are available if cancellation is requested at least one week (7 days) before the course start date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the course or once the course has begun, regardless of attendance or participation.

• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to leah@sacredflamecoaching.com

2. Photography & Media Release

• By attending any event, workshop, or course, (virtual or in person) hosted by Sacred Flame Coaching, you grant permission for photographs, audio, or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and the website.

• If you wish to opt out of media use, you must notify us in writing prior to the course start date.

3. Personal Responsibility

• All content and practices provided are intended for personal development and well-being. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

• You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional health throughout your participation.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful participation is expected at all times.

• Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Confidentiality

• While group programs foster community, all personal stories shared within the space are to remain confidential out of respect for all participants.
